CrysTees – Online Orders & Pickup

We are now online only, with three convenient pickup locations or shipping available. Once your order is ready, you will receive pickup instructions, including which locker to collect your items from. Pickup is available at your convenience once notified.

Business Hours
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. You are welcome to message us at any time; however, responses outside of business hours may be delayed. 

Payments
Payment is required before any order is processed. Accepted payment methods: Pre-pay Cash option, and Credit Card. We do not accept checks or PayPal. You will need to provide your email address or phone number for invoicing.

CrysTees is committed to delivering products and services according to the details approved at the time of purchase. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns, but we guarantee the quality of our printing and production work.

• We do not guarantee the quality or resolution of customer-submitted artwork. Please contact us immediately if there are concerns with your order so we can review and determine any necessary action.

Printing Services
We do not offer screen printing. Our services include DTF (Direct to Film), Sublimation, and Vinyl application.

Direct to Film (DTF)

• Full-color, high-quality prints at a cost-effective price.

• Care instructions: Wash garments inside out in cold water, avoid bleach and fabric softeners, and air dry. If ironing is needed, iron inside out on low heat. For double-sided graphics, place a pillowcase inside the shirt before ironing.

Sublimation Printing

• Prints apply to specific materials and may have a slightly vintage look depending on the material.

Important Notes

• Colors may vary due to monitor settings, screen brightness, and individual perception.
  
  

• CrysTees is not responsible for wear and tear once items have been washed. Proper care must be followed to maintain quality.
  
  

• Customer-submitted graphics will be printed exactly as submitted. Ensure artwork meets 300 DPI, transparent PNG requirements.
