Processing times and shipping times are not the same. Shipping time begins after the order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.
All packages are automatically insured through the carrier (UPS or USPS).
This insurance covers:
Lost packages
Damaged packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so we can assist with the carrier’s claim process.
Once your package has been accepted by UPS or USPS, delivery timelines and delays are outside of CrysTees’ control.
Weather, routing errors, holidays, or operational issues from the carrier may impact delivery.
CrysTees is not responsible for delayed or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.
Tracking information is provided for every order. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking updates once the package has shipped.
